Aug Meeting: Impacts of DoDAF Changes
This month Dr. Steven Dam, ESEP will be presenting “Impacts of DoDAF Changes”. The presentation will take place at McCormick & Schmick’s in Tysons Corner, VA. The presentation will start at 7:00 pm with social hour starting earlier at some locations.

Steven H. Dam, Ph.D., ESEP is the President and Founder of Systems and Proposal Engineering Company (SPEC Innovations), as well as one of our training instructors. He has been involved with research, experiments, operations analysis, software development, systems engineering and training for more than 40 years.
Dr. Dam participated in the development of C4ISR Architecture Framework and DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF), the Defense Airborne Reconnaissance Office (DARO) Vision Architecture, the Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA), and Net-Centric Enterprise Services (NCES) architecture.
He currently is applying system engineering techniques to various DoD, DOE and commercial projects. Dr. Dam has a B.S. in physics from George Mason University and a Ph.D. in physics from the University of South Carolina.
He is also a long-time member of INCOSE and was formerly the president of the San Diego Chapter before relocating to the Washington, D.C. Dr. Dam has presented numerous papers and seminars to the Washington Metropolitan Area (WMA) Chapter of INCOSE, is a past president of the WMA Chapter, current programs chair of the WMA Chapter, and has also received an Expert Systems Engineering Professional (ESEP) Certification from INCOSE.
